I’m an awful anime only viewer, so I only know what the simplified chara-design looks like.
That said, it’s still not then eat likeness for the manga chara-design
I asked SnowDrakE about his opinion on the matter before you mentioned it. He confirmed that it was indeed Giselle from GATE and posted several pages.
All I can say is that she has nipples that can cut glass. Top tier dragon.
