Arriving at Aphrodishiack, Faulkner and Trisha hangout after what feels like forever. While there, the two run into a surprise with Janice.

Meanwhile, Reiza, Karika, and the girls head down to Zone Zeta’s Recreational room. There, the rivalry between Tera and Karika intensifies as their competitive drive, much to the chagrin of their fellow classmates, drags them place to place in an effort to one up one another.

Trauma often leads to tragedy and misunderstanding. Such is the case for one young Siren. Her past, filled with terror of such magnitude that she rejects her very identity. Why is that? One must wonder what sort of things this Siren went through that made them act this way.

Long overdue after missing their chance last year from attending Trisha’s wedding, Erma and the girls plan a hangout date with Karika and Reiza. They settle for the Arcade joint Reiza once played in. But the Arcade isn’t what it used to be two years ago.

However, a week before that, Karika finally managed to talk Reiza into jogging with her after Reiza’s constant complaints about her figure.

While the two sisters jog together, Faulkner has business with an old friend.

Trauma born of Sinners.

This is my contest entry for Quelo’s contest “Not everything is as it seems to be.”

I work hard for a living. I couldn’t live up to my parent’s lofty expectations as a kid. In fact, I could hardly call the time I had as a kid a good one. The only person who shared my woes was a kind hearted girl. I thought to myself, ‘As long as she’s with me, we can bear the burden of our parents expectations together.’ That didn’t last long since soon after, ‘she’ had moved. Despite it all, I found my bearings working for a landscaper company with the help of my best bud Jeff.

One of our next big jobs happens to be in Santo Domingo Church. I can’t wait to see how much we’ll get paid working there.

As Faulkner works hard to tutor another Societal Norms Teacher, Dorephine, he gets a call from Reiss regarding hiccups in her plans at a TMRC institute she plans to open in Guatemala.

Forcing his hand, Faulkner forces Karika to tackle one of her biggest hurdles in life. Driving.

Arctic Emotions.

My contest entry for Unit_Zero’s “Extremophiles Anonymous” Contest.

In the harsh, unforgiving Arctic, animals that adapted to the environment struggle to live their day to day lives. What we humans take for granted is a struggle for survival for animals.

So what would happen if animals with Human like traits live in these hostile environments? Would they adapt? Would they die off? It’d be easier to follow their instincts as animals, but as half humans, instincts can only carry them so far…

Nearing the tail-end of the week, Karika and Faulkner get a chance to catch up on much needed sleep. During the weekend, Faulkner begins to doubt how he’ll care for his eventual family with how busy all three of them, prompting Reiza and Faulkner’s first real argument.

A few months after Trisha gave birth to Vey, she thought it was about time she and Markus went on a proper honeymoon. Problem was, they had to find someone to look after Vey for a whole week.

Seeking Faulkner’s help, he’ll happily agrees to look after Vey if Karika and Reiza also agree. Will the three of them survive a week caring for Vey?
